    You don't need an umbrella and a limited company - you need 1 or the other. Look in the accountant recommendations thread and speak to one of the recommended ones.

    I'm a UK-based IT professional who's recently got a PM job with a French company with offices in France and US. The job will be fully remote, and as I plan to work from home in the UK I'm looking to setup a company under an umbrella to facilitate this. Does anyone have any recommendations for umbrella companies? All I have so far is companiesmadesimple.com. Apparently they're much of a muchness but would be good to get a recommendation from the knowledgeable folk on here. Thanks in advance - John
