Assuming you just mean connections, yes, loads. The more connections I have the more likely it is for their post about a contract to pop up in my feed and when I post that I'm looking I'll have more agents see it and contacting me at the right time. Not much of a cost to having people in my network - I do the filtering at the messaging stage anyway when there's some details about the gig. Still ignore anyone who's irrelevant/selling something of course.

I've got one agent in my list as he behaved very well before he got me a contract, during the contract and afterwards. Also one of his colleagues was a neighbour.

    Other agents I ignore.

I decline all agents that didn't even look at my profile, agents that did look I accept if they contacted me as well in some form or another or if they specialise in my sector. Also all my contacts are hidden for my other contacts (except shared first degree contacts) so agents won't try to contact all my previous client stakeholders

A bit like eek I'll add agents at agencies I'm interested in but for the most part I won't add them.

By exception, I'll add one or two for a very short time to see what use they are and then drop them in one of my periodic cullings. I have my privacy settings set so that my contacts can't see who I'm connected to, just in case I add a dodgy agent who only wants to farm my contacts.

Depends on the type of agency.

Generic Agencies (unless local) not a chance, the specialist ones in my sector yep because I want to see what they are recruiting for.
