    I've also had new contracts issued in the past with a new SOW to cover the new deliverable. You can have it running in parallel to your current one, but some clients will definitely refuse that as "writing" a new contract is too much work.

    You can add a schedule to the existing contract, or write up a statement of work. I suspect there isn't a template because there doesn't need to be one.

    Just make sure the changes are captured in a format that you and the client are willing to put a signature to.

    Contract amendment/variation

    Is anyone able to point me in the right direction for a template, or even how to write a contract variation/amendment? I've agreed with the current client an additional deliverable.

    I've done the whole CUK Forum Google search thing and tried the IPSE Members resources but didn't have any luck.
