Indeed but delivering a work package that is managed then the end clients determination is irrelevant. Unless you were just pointing the client out for interests sake?

End client is Network Rail who declared everything inside inside IR35 years ago

Managed Service advert on Jobserve
Very interesting mail from jobserve this morning. All this talk of offering fixed price managed services instead of bodies recently and lo and behold we have one.
Hopefully more companies are going to get on board with this.
