Thanks for the input.
SimonMacintosh, your link didn't work. Each AWS session is per user when accessing government resources.
There are multiple entities known as agencies, but this one seems to have a pathetic website and in the end I recommended avoiding them. Any work would be linked to them rather than being provided directly from a client to them, so no point keeping in touch!

The 'hot jobs' posted date from 2012 and 2017, no genuine address is supplied and there's an 0845 telephone number. All in all it doesn't look legit in the slightest! CompaniesHouse throws up many dissolved companies of the same name and one sole Director company by David Carless - presumably he's using other transport these days to fight climate change.
I thought it would be interesting to see if anybody had worked through them before. It all smells off.
