How do you think you can you get taxed a fixed amount regardless of your income? You know what PAYE means yes?

    Contract with Umbrella Company

Hi, I want to ask how the salary is defined in your employment contracts with Umbrella Company. The Client pays daily rate and depending on how many days I work in given month Umbrella company deducts employer and employees taxes etc. How this is formulated in your contracts? Is it just fix gross amount or does contract say the amount will depend on number of days worked? Thanks
