    Agents don't understand opt out so the question is irrelevant. Do what you need to to secure the contract and just get on with it.

    Oh.. And get a better understanding of the legislation.

    Opt out of regs for an old client

    Just secured a contract with an old client I worked with a couple of years ago via the same agency used a couple of years ago.
    They just sent me through the contract etc and an opt out form.

    Given I opted out the first time round, and I have met the client am I safe to assume that still stands (2 years ago).
    Is there a 'time limit' per se i.e. Is the opt out only for the duration of the original contract?
