  • Banking question about UK financial companies rights - for someone who knows...

    Is it possible to give a UK LTD special financial registration which will allow that LTD to have control over individual depositors' deposit accounts at a particular bank ? The depositors are also clients of the LTD and the reason LTD needs to block their funds is because they have depleted it, spent it etc.
