Casual hour contract hours

I'm on casual hour contract , it says in my contract my working hour are 40h per week, can company give me less hour also ?
And contract says I have 28days holiday ,but they are giving me less holiday pay because I haven't work enough hours for that , is it right also ?

Are you an employee or a contractor?

If the former speak to HR, if the latter then you don't get holiday pay.

What does your contract say. These details should be clearly defined in there. If they aren't then go back to whoever your contract is with and question it until your are clear.
