Tell the agent your PI Insurance is invalid without it.Originally posted by TheBA View PostAre you suggesting go on site without a contract?
That's my thought, I'm not sure why they wouldn't. To be honest, having dates in the contract has only complicated matters.
Say you just phoned your PI provider to check.

Ah....gotcha.Originally posted by TheBA View PostThe client's already confirmed 12 months of work in the pipeline but it works on 3 month assignment. To be fair they'll want you as long as there is work to do regardless of the dates. You aren't going to get an extra month out of them if the project has finished. They can also just tell you no work no pay whenever they want so I don't think arguing over the dates really achieves anything.Originally posted by TheBA View PostThe client's already confirmed 12 months of work in the pipeline but it works on 3 month assignment. Have you asked the client?Originally posted by TheBA View PostThat's my issue, they don't think they need to!
I'll tell them NLUK backs me up.
I'll help, "When were you expecting the last day of my contract to be?"

Contract for Services - Termination Date before Assignment end
Hi All,
I have a Contract for Services (CfS) which includes a line stating a termination date. I also have an Assignment Schedule which includes an assignment end date.
The termination in CFS is earlier than the end date in the schedule.
Am I correct in thinking that once the termination date passes the whole contract is ended regardless of the later end date in the schedule? The agent disagrees with my view.
