Also how do I stop LinKedIn sending me notification of some unknown recruiter or someone unknown entity's birthday or their work anniversary?? Why do I care about that? Its a professional networking, their birthday's are none of my business.

Webinar: LinkedIn’s recent changes – prevent them hurting your Contractor business
LinkedIn’s recent changes – how to make adjustments to your profile to maintain your visibility and make sure your profile and CV are working together.
You are probably aware of LinkedIn's recent changes, your profile will have changed already or will be doing so very soon. These changes will make a lot of your information invisible and there are tactics that you need to adopt to make sure you can still be found by recruiters and potential clients.
Join The CV & Interview Advisors; international speakers (recently on BBC radio) and thought-leaders on all things related to personal branding, self-marketing and finding a new contract - for a fast paced one-hour session on beating the constraints of the new LinkedIn interface and optimising your LinkedIn profile for the 2017 market.
We will cover tactics to make sure your LinkedIn profile dovetails with your CV (and provide a reminder on CV optimisation) and home in on some hot-off-the-press information in response to the latest changes to the LinkedIn platform. Having recently attended and exclusive session with LinkedIn themselves, we will also cover some insider knowledge that we have gained on how the LinkedIn search algorithm works and how to you can boost your search rankings.
This 60 min webinar will provide high-quality information, it is aimed at professionals and executives and will be much more than a boring top 10 tips session – these webinars have been described as “outstanding” and “truly inspirational”.
This is a live webinar with a Q&A session at the end for you to ask any questions.
