Maximum contract retention rate for Norway

Hi,

It will be greatly appreciated if you can share your contract retention rates for Norway. I hear for umbrella companies it's around 60%, for limited companies it can be up to 73%. Can this be all legally achieved without the taxman knocking on the door?
