My mate did (RIP my mate), he had a heart attack on site there and passed away in the office he was only 41 , not saying it was HCL that did that though but he was under a lot of pressure which combined with his drinking, bad eating etc

They have worked for/with me - would never work for them (given the choice). Rates and general culture not great IMO
