A search will reveal a raft of threads about this. In some cases it's people just asking the same question as you but there are a couple of threads/responses from people that have used them. A search is your friend here.

1. Write your CV yourself
2. Find a friendly IT recruitment consultant or person you know who recruits people in IT to review it
3. Modify your CV with their recommendations
4. Get the person to review it again
5. Modify again
6. Submit for roles and see what feedback you get.
The reasons not to use a CV writing service is if your CV is exactly like someone else’s some people who recruit for projects will place it in the bin.

CV Writing Service
Does anybody have good experiences with some CV writing experiences? I assume most rewrites are done by people who don't know anything about IT, so will be less vasual.
Surely there should also be high-quality CV writing services by people that know the technologies?
