Unless you are there specifically to plan and manage the rollout yourself, from the little information you've given, I'd say you are within IR35 as someone will be telling you what needs doing and when...

Don't want to be rude but how can we give an answer to a complex area of legislation with so little information?
The only advice that might be useful is that part and parcel BAU work could possibly be an issue but there is much more to consider.
In this case I'd say read up on it a little more and get to a level of understanding where you can apply it to your situation.Last edited by northernladuk; 17 August 2016, 08:41.

Rollout work and IR35
Morning everyone
I need to ask the following question:
With regards to IT rollout work, is it regarded as a IR35 problematic line of IT work with regards to Supervision, Direction or Control and has anyone had recent issues with this?
(I understand everyone will say look to the contract before hand and I understand this, I just would like to hear some insight from anyone else in this field and the contract is going through Qdos this week also the rollout job has required police SC clearance.)Last edited by BlackCountryContractor; 17 August 2016, 08:20.Tags: None
