Don't mind too much which country (at this stage anyway), just getting a bit bored of the UK.
You will have to go through a visa regime after BREXIT is implemented. Also, contracting is not a possibility with visa based immigration. You will need to find full time jobs there.

For English speaking contractors jobserve is probably the best place to look, otherwise you will need a CV written in Spanish, French or German.A lot of contracts do require the local lingo.
