    I haven't but I might, having witnessed the head of IT of one company repeatedly telling me she wasn't sure if I had any .net experience despite my CV saying I had 8 years asp.net webforms and mvc and winforms with c# experience.

    BUT DO YOU KNOW .NET??? WE NEED .NET

    They eventually offered me the job on peanut rates (this is a huge international company), said salaries were fixed due to 'bands' and non-negotiable.

    I declined. They had done a huge advertising campaign and in 6 months, not a single person had applied. I only applied because I knew someone that worked there.
