With regards to your passed review, it there were still some improving points recommended by Qdos that had been addressed by the agency, then we would update your report accordingly if requested to do so by yourself.

Once we have completed the revised report, then we would upload this onto the Qdos portal under your account for your future reference.

If you drop me a PM with your details I can ensure the team upload it straight away.

Just a plug - QDOS are a cracking cool service, I have to say.
Their attention to detail is awesome.
I had also got the "Legal review service" done on the contract since i had to take care to ensure and protect my IP on my other work/creations, since i develop and sell off-the-shelf software - concurrent to my consulting work too. Their service is very good.

Yes, i have just sent them an email again a few minutes back.
The reason i asked is because i sent them the email yesterday requesting them to update the report and upload it to the portal, when they confirmed they have sorted it with the agency/client.
But no replies thereafter from them.

So that made me wonder, maybe its a QDOS workflow thing, so I thought I will ask here in case others have gone through it.

I will also wait for their reply in the meantime for my email today as well.
I have signed the contract last evening , based on their email, but not having their updated report (per their confirmation) was kind of making me uneasy

started a topic Info on QDOS revised update report workflow

Info on QDOS revised update report workflow

For my recent gig, I had submitted my contract for QDOS review.
    It passed straight-away

They had noted some bits that they recommend to be addressed, although it did not affect the result - the contract had already passed in their review.

I requested them to liaise with the agency, and they kindly sorted those aspects and confirmed to me in email, because putting these bits in the paperwork is cool since that reflected the reality anyway.

I then requested them to upload their revised report into my account portal, which they have not done.

    1. Is this normal? i.e. they did not have update their report after sorting out certain bits, since the contract had already passed their review?

    2. Do you guys upload the revised contract document to the QDOS contractor account portal (i.e. the updates after the discussion between agency legal + client and QDOS) that we receive for sign off?

    TIA
