Every time under Bauer & Cottrell's Contractor Guardian scheme.

I read through and compare. If the same I don't bother, if the same as the original before changes recommended the first time then I get it changed to match.
If it's a grossly differently worded contract then I fire it to Qdos for review.

Have they given you the full contract or just a letter of renewal confirming dates and rate but terms as per the original contract?
If you have the above then the review for the original contract still stands.

If you have a brand spanking new contract reading it very carefully. I've had minor contract changes when it should just be a renewal. If it's changed in anyway I'd get it reviewed again (although mine would be free with QDOS PI/PL so a no brainer). If you have to pay £99 then you need to make a call on whether it's an important change.

If there are no changes at all then your existing review should stand. If you have free reviews and are not going to run out for the year then you could just get it done to get the evidence if you want to be pedantic.
