    Did you have a look at both the QDOS and IPSE sites? Both offer contract templates but not sure about being inside.
    Gotta ask though, why do you think you are inside? Surely if it's up you to be writing the contract you are in a good position to dictate the terms. Just strike out the terms that don't apply?

  • Any sample/free inside-IR35 contracts floating about?

    I need to do some work within IR35 for a month, and I notice there are some outside IR35 contract templates available for download, but are there any for inside IR35? Can anyone suggest what the most appropriate action would be for getting one of these to send an employer?

    I don't really want to make one up with all of the IR35 clauses about substitution etc. because they'll not be applicable anyway due to the nature of having to be compliant for this particular gig and would rock the boat unnecessarily.
