Seems every contract these days is stipulating "Must be a team player", "Must fit in with the team", "Must fit in with the best techie savvy team in the country", "Must mentor the team juniors", "Must have a ridiculous skill set to bring to the team", "Must run the team", "Must run the company", "Must provide direction for the team". FO leave me to do what you want and on time and then FO again.
