    Our contracts typically say something along the lines of it being prohibited to try to cause other workers to leave. Makes sense for their contract to say something similar i suppose.

    Contacted an agent about a contract that I liked the sound of, sent her my CV and was astounded at her response.

    "I have now realised you are at ClientCo, due to our agreement with them, we are unable to work with you until your contract has ended. Sorry!"
