It also means that the client/employer might be willing to go through the visa paperwork for the right candidate. Ultimately it's a decently sized minus in your application, so the odds are stacked against you.
What the Muppets in charge of the UK don't realise is that it goes both ways. Even the most streamlined and efficient visa program (like you can trust the UK.gov to come up with such a mythical beast) is a big minus in the choice of destination for overseas talent. So contrary to what they might want you to believe, the post-Brexit UK will not attract the "best and brightest", only the "mediocre and desperate" through the supposed points based visa program.

As stated above, update your linked-in profile and network with recruiters in the country you fancy. That's probably best.
If they have equal candidates they will always take the one where the additional paperwork is not required. Applying for workvisa is not something recruiters and end customers are waiting for

Could try Spencer Ogden, Number8 Group, LA International. They normally have, or at least used to have, regular over seas positions. I don't think Brexit will cause too many problems, maybe some extra paperwork. I know a few guys working in Japan, Switzerland and Turkey who have never had problems with work permits etc. I wouldn't imagine that working in the EU will be any different to working in countries outside the EU.
