If you want to claim that Napoloen is equivalent to the EU, then the Berlin Decree is the opposite of Article 50.
If Britain had decided they wanted the Berlin Decree, and had decided that they would work peacefully to negotiate, then maybe there are similarities.
All these comparisons about how this is a war with the EU just show how violent the far right are, and how good a job they do at controlling the masses.
