    Sounds like they are banking on this being enough to obtain an extension to May 22 under the terms of the EU agreement even if it doesn’t satisfy section 13 and then try and get a meaningful vote through combined with the actual bill needed to ratify the deal.

    I still don’t think it will pass in any case.

    "Leadsom reads out the motion for tomorrow, which is lengthy. It says that the vote would not count as a meaningful vote - ie, a vote under section 13 of the EU Withdrawal Act approving the Brexit deal."
