No 10 and EU announce new negotiations on the ‘speed’ of post-Brexit trade talks

May clashes with Tusk and Juncker but EU agrees to fresh talks | Politics | The Guardian

So May will bring back meaningless in legal terms piece of paper that will say that both sides will endeavour to finish new deal talks before the end of transition, therefore backstop won't come into play, hence vote for May's "deal".
