May will just gain transition period and nearly 2 years of BS talks where UK will have no way to influence what EU will be doing, she is essentially losing her only card - agreeing exit on EU terms, but no guarantees on future relationship.

The Withdrawal Agreement is the only game in town, any talk of trade or any other “deal” is, as far as the EU is concerned, not relevant. Only a “framework” is required.
