Since William of Orange (Charles II's successor after the short reign of James II) was Dutch, maybe we could root through a few more old papers and find the UK has sovereignty over Holland

It was tested in UK courts in the 1960's but no final verdict was made as it has to go to the house of lords which it didn't at the time
