Yes, I am CO director with contract of employment.

So it is 1. Is there anything else to know: Under employment section along with the salary figure there is a question if I am CO director and if this is a close company. I guess the answer is 'yes' to both.

    Thanks all.

  • Self assesment tax return for an LTD director/employee

    Hi all,
    my situation:
    I am:

Director of my own LTD CO - no salary.
Shareholder of % of shares of my own LTD CO and getting dividend.
Employed by my own LTD CO with yearly salary.

All those are pretty standard - most of us do it this way.

In the online tax return there are questions:

Were you an employee, director, office holder or agency worker?* YES

How many employments or directorships did you have?*

Now, what is the answer of the second one: 1 or 2?
I am in one employment and also being a director.
