Any luck on changing?
I wish this thread had been around when I signed up to Brookson in early April. I've had no end of trouble and after persevering in the hope it would improve once everything was set up, I've finally had enough and decided it is time to move.
Did you have any luck in finding a better alternative? And what was the switching process like? I am worried moving will be even more hassle.
I just want an easy no-hassle solution, which was kinda the appeal of Brookson to start with, but has definitely been the biggest mistake I've made since leaving the safe cosy world of PAYE.

Silly me, I didn't realise that he had joined without knowing this thread existed and just accidentally bumped into it.Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostDo you expect every accountant to be checking CUK to see if anything has been said about them?
Given that James only registered in April and that was his first post, it seems a little harsh to be critical that he hasn't replied to something that he probably wasn't aware of.
