    Yup, my bad - misunderstood the meaning of the public results checkbox when setting up the poll. More than happy / would prefer it if mod could change it back to anonymous.

    I'm acutely aware that salary levels are a contentious topic, and I'm also aware that there was a similar poll a few months ago...

    I don't want to re-open the debate - there's other threads for that, I'm just really interested in a more granular set of results than the last poll, plus a top-level view of rationale.
