It's very hard to give advice unless we know the reasons behind why you're asking, as you might be asking the wrong questions to get the result you want. What are you trying to achieve, and why?

Moving payroll abroad ?
It is possible to operate a parent company abroad (in HongKong, my home), and have an associated limited company in UK for contracting?
In a nutshell, would like to move payroll abroad back home, as it'd give me better flexibility.
Any clean way to do this? Not trying to avoid tax, would probably get double tax maybe (?), but it is a trade off I am willing to have.
Or would HMRC sees this as tax avoidance?
