You can do all these things yourself. Or your accountant might help, but it isn't difficult.

Am I stuck with my formation company?

I have been thinking that if start a company and then later want for example a nominee director or to transfer shares, it should be through the formation/hosting (registered address) company, ans thus I need to select one that offers these services.

Do I? Can I perhaps anyway do these things online or through another company? Or switch hosting company?
Is it a big hassle to change address?

Are services like nominee director coupled with registered address?
