VAT isnt an issue since a company doesnt have to be registered unless their T\O is at or above prescribed limits.Originally posted by Spoiler View PostI need a small piece of design work doing for my Ltd co, and one of the people I'm considering using has suggested that cash would be their preferred method of payment. Can I generate an invoice on their behalf and put it through myco as usual, paying them direct from myco? Then what they do their side is their business ...
Nothing to stop you creating a sales invoice for the work even if you pay them cash. You cant create an invoice for them though.
