    I just struggle to understand why this question would need to be asked? If companies aren't supposed to change address surely HMRC and companies house would not issue guidance and documents to allow you to do it.....

    You just write to them and let them know, not forgetting to update Companies House too.

    Why do you think it will flag you up in any way? Where are you moving from/to?
