That's kind of stating the obvious. Maybe I should have names the thread 'Things not to say when being investigated' or something.

Do a google for private investigators.
I've found doing one that a lot of them are limited companies.
Most of their work, from the radio show I heard a few months back, is finding out if people are cheating on their partner.
Oh and Glenn Mulcaire is in a lot more trouble than just having the tax man after him.

Anyone know how a PI runs his business? Would he be a LTD or self employed or what?
If they do run LTD's I think admitting he was effectively employed would be pricking some ears up in the IR35 dept at HMRC
