Knew I'd find this thread if I looked hard enough. Mrs Galt insisted I take her up to London at the weekend shopping and there were ads for P4 all over the bloody place!! Anyway to get to the point......I recommended a mate of mine to the umbrella company I use and suggested he look them up. He found an ad on one of the contractor sites for them but guess where the link led - yep, you've got it - to P4. Are these clowns really that desperate?

That wasn't the point, I was merely offering a suggestion as to why they get referred by agencies. It's not because P4 are any good (they're not), it's because they were on a kickback.

is it me or are there a lot of hostile new people around today that havent even taken the time to read (and chuckle) at the general feeling on the board before spouting their views?

mad123, what do you honestly think you'll get in return on a contractors forum trying to defend a suspect outfit like prosperity who in the past have, from what i understand, "upset" or possibly misled a numbers of contractors in joining under the promise of increased riches?

and ozzie over in General forum is obviously on a wind up..

i know im not a veteran in this game myself but atleast i have the common sense..

    just my 2p..

Maybe if you called and asked, instead of calling them "w@n*ers" you would know that.
I didn't. Feel free to go back and check.

I seem to remember it was £50. I wasn't paying all that much attention to be honest.

Only those who opted to claim expenses without getting/keeping receipts.

There rubbish, posts on hear detail court action people are taking against them. The sounded very slimmy when I spoke to them.

It's all a matter of context.

In this forum community, being called a ****** is a huge compliment, particularly when directed at recruiters who try so hard to add value on our behalf and offer us a stunning service.

Utter crap. Just do a search on this board for countless negative personal opinions from contractors. Wouldn't touch them with yours...
