Can my company pay the rent / services for me?

Company money is for the company. Your money is for you. You can spend company money on company business, you cannot spend it on your personal business. Couple of grey areas and loops holes around this but that just about covers most hair brained schemes people come up with.

Edit : Also, doesn't divorce also cover your LTD so when they go through it with a fine toothed comb you are going to get found out anyway so be no better off, with a pissed off wife on the phone to HMRC?

WHS. If you're out of contract and the company continues to pay your rent, it's not wholly and exclusive and will be a BIK
