    Companies in Middle east sometimes ask for this.
    When I was dealing with them, I just got one with company name, address and co number. That should be sufficient.

    If you are doing business within the UK, you do not need to use a company seal or stamp any more. Director(s) signature(s) are sufficient.

    If you are doing trade overseas and the other party wants to see a seal on the papers, then you need to find out what that country's requirements are.
