I left two calls for you Darren as a new potential customer and never hear back.

    (Since signed up elsewhere.)

Darren and other senior staff have no problems answering emails promptly.

Unfortunately some of the junior staff need reminding about customer service, however you can always complain to Darren to get the issue resolved quickly.

BTW if you have ever hired junior people you will find that sometimes you have to give them a kick up the backside.

i've been with Uptons for a while a now and have no complaints at all. Always answered emails (unlike my previous accountants) and have given me good advice.

That is odd, emails normally responded to very quickly or worst case will receive an out of office. About that time may have been on paternity leave.

Could you PM your company name and will look into. Thanks

I've been with Uptons for years, there have been a couple of times when service has dipped a little however I would personally say that Uptons usually give a better service than I expect and the dips have been down to the level of service expected for the fees I pay.

At no time would I say they have ever been under par.

However I have always dealt with Darren, don't know if that has any bearing or not.

started a topic Uptons Accountants going to the dogs?

Uptons Accountants going to the dogs?

I've had several frustrations and grievances with Upton accountants over the last few months and am thinking about switching to another accountant come year end.

Just wondering is anyone else has had notice a big decline in their service level over the last 6 or so months?

Also if switching how is it best done in terms of logistics and time frames. Last year I didn't get my end of year accounts published until about 6 months after year end so I'm unsure if i need to employee 2 accountants over this crossover period.

Finally how much hassle does it tend to be switching?

Working...
