Another maybe stupid Question
You sign a 2 and half year contract which means as that from the beginning you cannot claim according
to the rules. After 6 Months the client ends the contract. Can you now back date the expenses or have you
simply lost out. Moral of the story perhaps never sign a contract longer than 2 years and never extend before
23 months and 3 weeks.
HRMC lives in the 50s. Our partners do not follow our jobs any more so believing that after 2 years you should reallocate to the place of work is rubbish . If I was single yes but as Mrs BS has a permanent job near home then realocation.
