I was wondering whether you could share any news regarding the current position with Willow Meade and/or Sunday Solution? Also, are you involved with shutting down the partnerships which were formed by Sunday Solutions?

The instructions and authority that we have is limited to Willow Meade Ltd, not the partnerships or any connected companies.

Our latest report has just been issued and copies will be e-mailed to those creditors who have supplied their contact details. If any other creditors believe that they are entitled to the report, then they should e-mail me using willowmeade@monahans.co.uk

Who pays the TAX

I was using Willowmeade, approx 17.5% of my money was held back, I assumed this was for tax.Now I find out I owe the tax man, so who pays?

Sunday Solutions / Willowmeade / McTiernan Teesdale Partnership

Hi Everyone,

I have only just found this forum and unfortunately, like everyone else, I have undistributed profits owing to me also. My partnership was with McTiernan Teesdale.

Does anyone know if anything has progressed with this? I see groups have been formed etc but as there are so many posts its hard to understand a status of where things are at.

If anyone has anything they can share that would be great.

Who was Willow Meade?

My principal and the Insolvency Partner here at Monahans, Paul Michael McConnell, was appointed Administrator of Willow Meade Ltd on 23rd February 2010.

The appointment was made by the director of the company and filed in Swindon County Court under reference 158 of 2010. Notice has also been sent to the Registrar of Companies and that should show online shortly.

Monahans has had no previous professional relationship with Willow Meade Ltd or its officers prior to taking the administration appointment. Our primary concern in the first instance is therefore to find out who may have been affected by the company's demise and piece together a picture of the various organisations involved, in light of the long thread on this forum and other similar sites such as MSE.
