Why have a dog and bark myself, I got the answer I needed and didn't even need to google for it, luckily I will never ever need to visit this forum again and deal with lowlife idiots such as the people who posted to this thread.
I bid you farewell forever

It would have been quicker to find it in google than to type "Apologies if this has been answered before".
But then look at the amount of time I'm wasting posting this entirely pointless reply.

Closing down a LTD Company
Apologies if this has been answered before, I did some contracting a few months back and initially opened my own company, however on 2nd thought''s I decided to use an umbrella company.
Now what I want to do is close down the LTD I opened, its been filed as a dormant company for now, it has not been used since I set it up.
So does anyone know the process I would follow to close the company now, i'm guessing it will be fairly simple seen as though its never seen any money pass through it
