    Of course it is. You're an employee; IR35 doesn't apply anyway.

    For those workers who do not satisfy the IR35 criteria but can still have the advantage of increased net pay with expenses without the disadvantage of the administrative burden of running a limited company is very attractive
    What burden? Half the operating cost against 5% more gross income for about 10 hours effort a year is a burden?

    Walk away. Stick with the ones we know and love. Or get your own company and do it properly.
