How can they do this?

Because if they put "you could be deep tulip if you use this scheme, no-one would use it". Just because they put something on a website, doesn't mean it turns out to be 100% correct.

But giving them the benefit of doubt and assuming they are well intentioned, how can anyone claim "NO risk" (in capitals) given the retrospective legislation that has come about with other offshore matters (BN66 etc.). That is always a risk, no matter how well set up the scheme is.
