I have a BTHomehub router at home which does the same thing. I ring BT and they say there is nothing wrong, then the fault goes away for a few days...

    And a wierd router problem

The net is fairly crud round here. At peak times, especially about 4pm-5pm weekends, we get a lot of page not found errors. A bit later it is all working fine again.

Sometimes in those periods we find the router has reset, or our PCs can't see it anyway. I can't see how a hardware fault can occur at regular weekly times. It sounds crazy but is there any way anything happening on the line can reset a router. Space aliens perhaps?

    Cheers for any ideas.

Working...
