    It's a statement of tax code and payments in year basically. If you have tax code from HMRC you can fill in your own P45 and put salary as zero I'd have thought. Otherwise fill in P46. See here.

    JSA Interview and No P45

    I have a JSA interview on Sat and no P45 as i have never been "Paid" by my Ltd. just expenses.

    So what do i do now? I have an accountant, never thought i would get to this stage, 5 weeks out of work and no war chest.
