    Usual stuff is your company incorporation certificate, think I had to take my VAT registration certificate as well.
    Personal bank statements, utility bills, passport or drivers license to verify who you are and where you live, etc.

    Photo ID (Driving license or Passport)
    Company Number (Lloyds just wanted number though some may want cerificate)
    Proof of address - Utility bil;, credit card statement etc.

    That was all i needed.

  • New company bank account - what do I need to take

    I can't remember since it's been so long since I opened my last Co account. What documents does the bank need to see in order to open a new Co account?
