All they do is collect CV's and approach clients for roles...They always have interview slots....hahahah
Sometimes they collect jobserve adverts and ask candidates if they are pursuing any and if they know who the client is ... they will approach the client and post an advert saying exclusive client

What I don't understand (as I've already said) is that they then "sugar" this (possibly, even probably) made up posting with "interview slots available tomorrow".
Doing that means that the vast majority of the responses (possibly all the responses) that they get are going to get will be from people who don't have current clients, so how does this achieve that aim?
I can tell you, the demand for my skills has been so dire since 2001 that I don't look for a new contract until and unless I absolutely need one.

I'd avoid them like the plague.

Yes, worked through them.
Their contract admin dept is rubbish and will tell you you don't need a notice period but they will change it, even if they say they never change their contract, it's bull they do.
Once your past the 28 day payment terms they pay weekly and regularly, can't fault them at all on paying.

And then when I reply to them, they don't return my call.
Go figure!
They also use the annoying technique of "having interview slots already lined up for 'tomorrow'", which, given that it appears to be bluff, I still don't understand what it is meant to achieve. How, collecting a list of people who are "desperate to reply quickly" helps them, when they then don't return calls to the people on this list, I really cannot work out.

Yep worked through them. Tried to stiff me on the notice period on the contract, but otherwise professional enough. They are very sales'y though! THe amount of times they tried to "Sell me" that I didn't need a notice period, I felt like the storm trooper in the first Star Wars movie...
"This is the notice perios you require, please move along"
