I suspect that you will have to complete 1st accounts before getting rid of it but if it hasn't traded the annual accounts are just a simple form you can get on co hse website, easy to find in their faqs. You just have to fill in share capital.

started a topic Accounts for old Brookson Co.

    Accounts for old Brookson Co.

After some advice, probably a few ppl in the same boat.....

I have an old Brookson company from back at the big changeover last year. I think i used for about a week before i started my own ltd. company.

I have just had a letter thru from companies house asking for my accounts from 12/03/07 to 31/3/07.

    Now, what do i do????

I have thought about getting in touch with brookson, but i want to avoid that hassle if posible, they were such a nightmare at the original changeover I still have mental scars!!!!

I assume I need to get in touch with my accountant and see if he can sort it, then apply to strike off the company????
    any easy solutions to this???

Working...
